HUGO WEAVING

Hugo Weaving is an Austrailian film and stage actor.

Hugo's film credit's include The Matrix, Lord of the Rings, The Adventures Of Priscilla Queen Of The Desert,The Interview,Bedrooms And Hallways,Exile,Strange Planet,The Custodian,Reckless Kelly, Proof and many other's. His performance in The Interview earned him an Austrailian Film Institute Award (AFI) and a World Film Festival Award (Montreal) for Best Actor. Hugo also recieived the AFI Award for The Adventures Of Priscilla Queens Of The Desert and Proof.

For television,Hugo has appeared in Halifax 3, The Bite, Lust,Dirtwater Dynasty and Peaches among other's.

A graduate of the National Institue of Dramatic Arts, Hugo has performed in numerous stage productions including many for the Sydney Theatre Company.
